  • Adults with advanced, unresectable or metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma harboring a neuregulin 1 (NRG1) gene fusion with disease progression on or after prior systemic therapy.

Alyftrek:  ALYFTREK is a combination of deutivacaftor, a CFTR potentiator, tezacaftor, and vanzacaftor indicated for the treatment of cystic fibrosis (CF) in patients aged 6 years and older who have at least one F508del mutation or another responsive mutation in the CFTR gene.

If the patient’s genotype is unknown, an FDA-cleared CF mutation test should be used to confirm the presence of at least one indicated mutation.

Alhemo: ALHEMO is a tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI) antagonist indicated for routine prophylaxis to prevent or reduce the frequency of bleeding episodes in adult and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older with:  hemophilia A (congenital factor VIII deficiency) with FVIII inhibitors  hemophilia B (congenital factor IX deficiency) with FIX inhibitors.
