Welireg: WELIREG is a hypoxia-inducible factor inhibitor indicated for treatment of adult patients with von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) disease who require therapy for associated renal cell carcinoma (RCC), central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastomas, or pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNET), not requiring immediate surgery.(2)

Korsuva: KORSUVA is a kappa opioid receptor agonist indicated for the treatment of moderate-to-severe pruritus associated with chronic kidney disease (CKD-aP) in adults undergoing hemodialysis (HD).
Limitation of Use:
Korsuva has not been studied in patients on peritoneal dialysis and is not recommended for use in this population.(3)
